Golf Concepts, L.L.C. provides opinion testimony on golf litigation matters and risk management services to attorneys, insurance companies, and golf courses regarding all aspects of the golf industry.

Dr. Steve Eisenberg, President, is a certified PGA Professional and attorney with 19 years in the field of law and 15 years in the golf industry.  Dr. Eisenberg has been a General Manager and a Head Golf Professional, and has owned a golf course and hotel where he built a teaching center and golf academy.  He has given over 1000 lectures on a multitude of golf industry topics on behalf of the PGA of America.  He is a faculty member and subject matter expert for the PGA of America and is the Director / Professor of Professional Golf Management at Florida Golf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida.

Dr. Eisenberg has published on golf industry matters and as subject matter expert for the PGA.  In addition, he has helped the PGA develop their curriculum to train aspiring golf industry professionals.

Dr. Eisenberg has consulted on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in golf related litigation, and has consulted on project development and risk management matters across the country.  He has prepared deposition questions in negligence matters from golf course accidents and offered opinions on matters related to golf car accidents, driving range accidents, errant golf shots, golf course design and soft spikes.  Whether the facility is a private golf course or a public golf course, Dr. Eisenberg, a private club member himself, provides cogent renderings certain to help your case.
