Staff Team Building
Through Golf Program after taking a personality assessment test in the morning of the first day, essential leadership, team building, motivational and project management skills will be presented and discussed. Thereafter, a golf instructional primer will be given from 1 to 3, focusing on shotmaking skills. From 3 to 5 each day, "teams" will be developed and teammates will participate in a variety of formats, from best ball, alternate shot, and scramble, to unique contests and "skill assessments" in situations developed by the tournament coordinator. The personality assessment will be the basis upon which teams will be formed, and members will find themselves partnered with those who reflect a different personality type, thus enabling teamwork skills to be learned, as well as conflict resolution skills. This team building approach is especially effective for businesses who wish to engender good team relations for upcoming projects or general atmospheric improvement.
Executive Women Corporate Program
This program is critical for executive women wishing to maximize their effectiveness on the golf course and in the business world. Learn "business golf" strategies, and essential on-course negotiating tactics and strategies. Rules and Etiquette will be a focus, with a combination of swing essentials and business skills relayed in on-course situations, and basic foundational skills learned through practice and computer-based swing analysis. Team building skills, leadership and motivational strategies, psychology of golf, and wagering will also be taught.
CEO Program
This program is for Corporate CEO's and CFO's who wish to combine golf with business skills. Advanced shotmaking, psychology, and course management will be the focus. This program assumes basic golf foundational skills have already been mastered.
Corporate "Ryder Cup" Program
Do you wish to strengthen the team atmosphere at your work place? Do you wish to make your company employees understand the value of competition in the business world? This program presents an opportunity for your business to become the "team" you know it is capable of becoming. Each day, skill development will be the focus of the morning, with a personality assessment given to all players. In the afternoon, a different employee will become the "team captain," and that individual must match team employees together in competition against other teams from other businesses. If you wish, an exclusive program with just your business can be created, and teams developed for competition against one another. Each day, a different format will be played. From alternate shot, to best ball, to "singles matches." Maximum of two corporations, and all players will be handicapped by our instructional staff upon review of player abilities.
